U Siti? No.... i City.





Went to the lights wonderland few months ago (Dis 2011). Rasanya all the display use LED (light emitting diode). LED ni lebih menjimatkan & kurang panas drp mentol oren coz mentol oren yg berkuasa 100 Watt sama terangnya dengan lampu LED berkuasa 25 Watt. Jimat kan, tapi harganya agak mahal sama mahal dgn harga parking dkt i-City... Nothing is free in this world. Actually it takes less than 5minutes drive frm rumah Nenek Klang but stuck dlm traffic jam nearly 25min. for collection of the entrance fee.  Tak sistematik langsung, rasa cam nak patah balik je.  The management of i-City should take note about this!  Can u hear me?!!


Full of colorful trees, light up the garden. Amboooiii... besaq sungguh bandaq Kolumpoq I-City ni, kalau balik Alor Staq UK nnti org tak bole pulun.....

Cobaan utk membuat lompatan...


...melompat sampai tahun depan pun confirm tak dpt sama...  ni betul2 COBAAN..


It's a great place for photography and i wish i have my own DSLR (camera bapak gajah naik minyak) one day.  You.....You.....  Can You hear me?  YOUUU!!!  Yes, it's You...

Master Chef Malaysia... Part 1

1. SPAGHETTI WITH JALAPENO SAUCE
 
Extremely excited yesterday to receive a parcel dr Ummi Cheezy House- serbuk keju Jalapeno ala2 cheezy wedges K Ep Ci tu.. Think to make a macaroni & cis like Keni Rojes for our dinner (except abah - diet carbo&gula), sekali selongkor gerobok takde la pulok, jumpa spagheti je. Hhmmm.. let's see what Master Chef Malaysia can do with this long cylinder striped pasta.



It's a quick delicious dinner and u look so sexy babe... sungguh mengiurkan di malam jumaat ni.

2. ROTI PURI / PUREE / POORI

Like to share this Bengali resipi roti puri dr keluarga berdarah  raja (Nenek to Aunty Maria-wife to Cik Adi). It's so easy and YUMMY!!

Floor Flour, water, salt & cooking oil to fry the puri.

Mix all ingredients till become a dough. Bentukkan saiz bola ping-pong, flatten and fry in a pan. Press the flat puri (bhg tepi) to make it bloated.. Siap!  This roti can be prepared easily (not my level), so i make a harder & complicated one called lempeng.

This roti puri / lempeng goes well with Mashed Potato Puri (not sure the exact name)  Try it out...

Potato - boil & crumble (kasar2)
Garlic, onion & green chilli - sliced kasar-kasar
Turmeric powder - pinch.. Adoii! sakit la!!
Curry leaves, biji sawi, salt, water and oil.


First, pakai punjabi suite and set bangla Banghra song. Heat oil, tumis biji sawi, daun kari and green chillies; add garlic and onion for 2min. Masuk'n serbuk kunyit, salt  & crumbled potatoes tadi- cook another 3min.. Make sure your shoulders, hands, waist, hips & legs follow the rhythm. Act like you are on a final stage- So You Think You Can Dance.. Add water if needed & kacau sampai dapat kepekatan yg  dikehendaki and it's ready to eat.

3. TIRA MISS U (Mascarpone cake)

How to make a quick, easy & tasty cake? Jawapannya ialah TIRA MISS U!! Kalau le Junior Master Chef nengok mama buat kek ni, confirm dia org nangis.. lu pikir le sendiri kenapa.  Meh kita buat sama2. 

Kek span (devide into 3 layer-horizontal)
250gm Philadelphia Cheese
75ml krim cis bedebah-pukul sampai nangis & berbirat
air 1 cawan + serbuk kopi 3 in 1
gula pasir 1/2cawan (manis dia just nice je)
Serbuk koko untuk hiasan

Choro-choro:
(Proses ni tak sampai 1/2 jam nya puuun..)
1. Pukul Philladelphia cis,+ gula pukul lagi. Pas tu campur krim cis & pukul till smooth. 
2. Masuk'n 1bhg kek dlm bekas & renjis / tuang air kopi utk basahkan kek span. 
3. Tuang campuran keju hingga menjadi satu lapisan. Pas tu lapiskan lagi kek atas dia, renjis air & tuang keju lagi. Ulang proses sampai abis.
4. Masukkan dalam esbok 1 malam (biasanya tak sempat). Sebelum makan, tabur dengan serbuk koko
.  Mmmmmmm.... mari terokai syurga di dalam mulut...


              Buat 2 jenis, plain & oreo sbb perasaan tamak haloba bongkak & riak tlh menguasai diri..

4. AYAM TERGOLEK

Beli ayam Wak Radin Spring Chicken yg urat marikh / halkum / nafas putus dgn sempurna. Bersihkan & marinade dgn apa2 yg ada dlm esbok / gerobok ex: halia, kunyit, sos tiram, lada hitam, garam, gula. Serai & lengkuas  kalau ada lagi bes.  Sumbat segala bahan dlm perut & dalam kulit (antara kulit & isi). Masuk dlm oven & kita bako je! Kita bako!! 30 min atas, 30 min bawah. Siap.


Sila abaikan benda bercahaya yg terdapat pada jari manis & pergelangan tangan chef. Ia hanyalah cadangan hiasan bagi memberi hint pd mereka yg berkenaan ttg kadar kilauan yg semakin berkurangan.  Sekian.

5. MINT SAUCE

Best taste of mint sauce at Amar Jaw's open house last year, (Ahadun, 3hb.Oct 2010-Tahun Rimau Belang) terus je jatuh cinta.  Start searching for the best, quick,  simple & easy recipe (tak tipu)... and dgn izin Allah, I just got myself done yesterday!! (Salasatun, 22hb. Mac 2011-Tahun Arnab).  Alhamdulillah, sedap! Daun pudina, olive oil, lemon juice & sikit gula.  2 thumbs up!! Simple je kan...
